Grandmaster Choa Kok Sui developed an early fascination with spiritual topics and energy healing. He delved into the teachings of the Rosicrucians, Theosophy, Astara, Huna, Kabbalah, and many other similar systems. His background as a chemical engineer, combined with his practical mindset, enabled him to create a systematic approach to healing, which evolved into the Pranic Healing® system.

For over two decades, Master Choa Kok Sui traveled tirelessly, teaching students in over 60 countries across six continents. By the time of his passing on March 19, 2007, he had authored 25 books, translated into more than 30 languages, and established over 100 Pranic Healing Centers in more than 90 countries. The MCKS Charitable Foundation, the philanthropic branch of his organization, supports feeding programs, provides medical assistance to underprivileged patients, and contributes to global disaster relief efforts.
